The doctors were able to remove the tube from Eric's left lung, but still have the right one in. Eric also had a blood clot in his bladder. Luckily they were able to find it and take care of it.
Eric still loves to get his visitors but also needs his rest. We are all hoping that there is no fever tonight and that Eric can finally get a good nights sleep. If he does have anymore fevers, the hospital will bring in specialists to find out why he is getting them so often.
Hang in there Eric. The doc's will get this all figured out and you'll be on the road to recovery!!! Stay strong and POSITIVE!! We're all still thinking of and praying for you every day and can't wait to get some more positive news! Take care!

ReplyDeleteI see you and I just hurt for you. And then I touch your face and stroke your hair and pull myself together because it's then that I remember you are the same man you were before. Just more gentle and more determined. It's just a different battle but a much bigger prize. You know you told me this would bring us closer together and you are right buddy thats what its going to do.
